The more complex the instrument, the more complex the internal circuit board, and the quality requirements are very high.

The instrumentation PCB boards we produced range from ordinary single and double-sided circuit boards to multi-layer boards with 6, 8 and 10 layers. The board material requirements are always tg170, tg180. Sometimes the board material is specified as 370HR, and board thickness request 3.0mm or 3.2mm and the surface treatment is immersion gold. And designed with impedance control.
