We recently completed a high-performance AI edge computing PCBA based on Texas Instruments AM69A98ATGGHAALYR, developed for industrial-grade 5G edge gateway platforms. The solution enables real-time AI inference and high-throughput video processing in harsh environments.
Project Highlights:
12-layer high-speed PCB, using TG180 high-Tg FR4 for thermal reliability and signal performance
FC-BGA (0.65mm pitch) soldering with 100% X-Ray verification
BOM with 150+ components, including DDR memory, eMMC, PMICs, filters, and ESD protection
100% AOI inspection and full functional testing for guaranteed quality
